Is this retreat for me?
YES! This is for anyone curious to explore the most natural state of yourself and your inner being, deepen your consciousness and connect more to your higher self. If you would like to try our sessions or meet us facilitators before signing up, we do offer single sessions at AYÄM Studio in Stockholm.
Can I come alone?
YES! Our mission is to bring like-minded souls together so most likely you’ll meet a new friend or two.
What kind of place is Narumi Center?
Narumi Center is the creation of Navids family and holds a spacious yoga shala, shared bedrooms and bathrooms, nature at its footstep and a quietness you can almost touch. Our favorite moments are the cozy evenings with bonfires, star gazing and hot tub, integrating the practices of the day. Narumi Center is located outside of Uppsala, a 75 min drive from Stockholm, Sweden.
Will the retreat be held in English or swedish?
Depending on the participants, we will adjust after what suits the group best.

The sessions will he held by three experienced space holders.
Pernilla Ahlberg
Energy worker, experienced yoga teacher and meditation guide.
Pernilla is known for her warmth, joy and dedication and she has effectively guided 200+ clients back to reconnecting their bodies and hearts.
Navid Zargham
Founder of Simran meditation and over a decade of experience to his practise.
His unique and approachable way to self-inquiry is something that must be experienced. Navid guides clients all over the world towards achieving oneness.
Malee Bladh
Energy worker and space holder in ceremonies.
With compassion she has led 200+ clients through KAP sessions and various shamanic rituals. Malee’s grounded presence creates a safe and nurturing environment for your healing journey.

THE RETREAT SPACE
We wish you a warm welcome to Narumi, in the forest of northern Uppland in Sweden.
Narumi Retreat Center is created by family Navid and Runa (and their son Midas = Na-Ru-Mi).
They have both a genuine interest in the vaster and deeper dimensions of life which our current society tend to ignore or even dismiss.
Navid and Runa created the Narumi Retreat Center as a place for people to re-discover their own natural inspiration, inner peace and awe.

NARUMI RETREAT CENTER
Currently, the center area consist of a lush garden, a big building containing the main hall, a cosy timber cabin-guest house, an outdoor spa area – all surrounded by nature and forest.
LOCATION
Narumi Retreat Center is located in the forest of northern Uppland in Sweden.
With car, it is roughly a 70minute drive to get here
The nearest airport is Stockholm Arlanda, which is aprox. 45 minutes drive from here. The nearest public transport stations are Tobo, Tierp and Örbyhus. We offer pick-up and drop-off fron Tobo, contact us for arragement.
THE ROOMS
There are a few different types of accommodation available here at the center. At the main building, there are a total of 9 beds available. 6 of which are on a loft and 4 in separate bedroom.
In the nearby guesthouse, we have 5 beds arranged on the second floor sleeping area.

When we have recieved your booking we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Pay the booking fee of 1800 SEK to secure your spot. You can pay with Swish, Paypal or invoice (put your invoice details in the message).
Cancellation Policy
The booking fee is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.
Cancellation less than 14 days before start date = 100% payment non-refundable
