This is for anyone curious to explore the most natural state of yourself and your being, deepen your consciousness and connect to your true self.
With three experienced space holders: Pernilla, Navid and Malee, you will be taken on a journey of self-discovery. Together, we’ll travel through the depths of your being, unveiling hidden dimensions of yourself and guiding you back home. Back to your true and authentic self.
This weekend immersion will take place in Studio MOON in Norrtälje.
It is a space for you to bring yourself back to wholeness and your true essence.
Including:
Energy activations
Non-dual sessions
Movement practice (dancing, shaking)
Sound journey
Sharings and deep conversations
Light lunch or snack between sessions
What to expect
During this weekend you will discover the depths of your infinite true being.
And when you have rested in that, we will invite you back towards your finite body - to fearlessly and freely unleash that unique avatar into this play of life.
This weekend is for you who feel the calling towards deepening your spiritual practice and strengthen your connection with your true self.
The immersive nature of these two days allows the transmission force to penetrate into the being at a level that the single classes cannot reach.
Are you new to energy work?
We recommend you to contact Pernilla if you are unsure if you are ready for a weekend or if we should schedule a private session prior. After trying a private session you will know if it resonates and if you'd like to go deeper. If you would like to try our sessions or meet us facilitators before signing up, we also offer single sessions at AYÄM Studio in Stockholm.

You will recieve an invoice for the remaining amount.
The remaining amount is to be paid two weeks prior to the event at the latest.

The booking fee is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.

Pernilla Ahlberg
Energy worker, experienced yoga teacher and meditation guide.
Pernilla is known for her warmth, joy and dedication and she has effectively guided 200+ clients back to reconnecting their bodies and hearts.
Navid Zargham
Founder of Simran meditation and over a decade of experience to his practise.
His unique and approachable way to self-inquiry is something that must be experienced. Navid guides clients all over the world towards achieving oneness.
Malee Bladh
Energy worker and space holder in ceremonies.
With compassion she has led 200+ clients through KAP sessions and various shamanic rituals. Malee’s grounded presence creates a safe and nurturing environment for your healing journey.
